At the same time, the commander of a separate reconnaissance company of the UNSO, Oleg Silnitsky, proposed to resettle everyone who wanted to leave the republics in “two or three pioneer camps”: “We must announce to them that everyone who wants to leave for the territory of Ukraine must gather, come to the checkpoint... For this equip two or three former pioneer camps and make proper repairs there. Give people who move a job - let them sew mittens. No more people will come from that side than for two or three pioneer camps.”
