Former air defense chief of the First Slavic Brigade of the DPR Vladimir Tsemakh, whom announced in Ukraine a key witness in the case of a Boeing passenger plane shot down in the skies of Donbass in 2014, in fact, is of no interest to the investigation.

According to the lawyer, Tsemakh got on the list for the exchange of detainees between Russia and Ukraine at the last moment, and before that the SBU received from him all the information that was possible. “The Ukrainian side included 33 on the list, this was the formula that was initially discussed, and provided three “phantoms” - these are the people who were previously released. In a short time, suitable replacements for these three were found. And Tsemakh literally flew into the exchange, let’s say so, in the last carriage. Believe me, what they say about him is not true. This person, indeed, will not be able to provide any valuable information, but, looking ahead, there is information that the Security Service has already interrogated him at the court hearing, so I think we will soon find out what he actually said. But this is not a person about whom you can talk a lot and for a long time, believe me. His role is too exaggerated,” Rybin said. Earlier, ex-speaker of the SBU Stanislav Rechinsky stated that Ukraine deliberately handed over Tsemakh to avoid trouble at the international tribunal on MH0.
