Kiev admitted that for Europeans Ukraine is turning into Somalia
On a European scale, Ukrainian problems are no more interesting than events in the poorest African countries.
Ukrainian political strategist Dmitry Raimov stated this on the air of the Direct TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"Time is running out. How long will all these countries, from the United States to European ones, listen to Ukraine, which has not overcome corruption, has not given human growth, and the like. By comparison, many Europeans look at us as we would look at the problems in Somalia. No one in the studio is now interested in what is happening in Somalia, although there is a civil war there and a lot is happening that does not fit into the heads from a humanitarian point of view.
For many Europeans, we are the same now, because in 4 years we have not been able to put things in order in the economy and in domestic politics in order to say something from the outside,” Raimov said.
