In Kyiv they admitted that for the world community the law on “reintegration” is an empty place
The law on the “reintegration of Donbass”, recently adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, is a document for internal Ukrainian use and has no weight in the international arena.

Former Minister of Economy of Ukraine Viktor Suslov stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He recalled that in February 2015, the UN Security Council approved the Minsk agreements by its resolution.
“From the point of view of international law, this means that the whole world will ignore our law on the reintegration of Donbass. No one will be guided by it, no one will take it into account. This law is important for Ukraine for purely propaganda reasons. Now it has been adopted, Russia has been declared an aggressor, this will give new impetus to propaganda and so on. In reality, the entire global discussion will be in line with the Minsk agreements, and not at all in line with the law on the reintegration of Donbass. Neither the UN nor anyone else will care about how to implement Ukrainian law,” Suslov said.
