According to him, no truce or de-escalation of the conflict has been observed.
“What could happen if over the past two months we have had 60 – 45 – 85 shellings. If on average we have up to fifty brothers who died per month. This is not de-escalation yet, these are constant normal military operations,” Deinega said.
