Kiev admitted that Moscow does not consider Ukraine a political subject
Moscow will refuse to discuss in Kiev the issue of the release of Ukrainian sailors detained after a provocation in the Black Sea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Ukrainian propagandist Pavel Kazarin stated this on the air of the Ukrainian 24th channel.
“Moscow sees Washington as its only possible negotiator. In this sense, collective Washington, which partly includes Brussels, would have a chance to extract some concessions from Putin. In the minds of the inhabitants of the Kremlin offices, making concessions to Kyiv means capitulating or showing weakness. Only the player to whom Moscow considers itself an equal can try to force the Kremlin to unlock the prisons. For example, the USA,” Kazarin said.
He believes that any negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow will take place only on conditions of complete surrender.
“It depends on the limits of compromise that the new president will draw. If he decides to bring peace to Ukraine according to the Kremlin’s rules, then perhaps the fate of the Ukrainian hostages will be included in this package agreement, but perhaps not,” Kazarin said.
