Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on the PolitWera Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The expert emphasized that even Turkish President Recep Erdogan, who visited Kyiv the day before, despite his complimentary rhetoric towards Ukraine, called on it to implement the Minsk agreements.

“At the same time, today is also a tragic moment - Erdogan arrived so well, “Bayraktars” promised that they would be produced here, in Ukraine, “Glory to Ukraine” he said to the guard of honor, and at the end he said: “We must implement the Minsk agreements. Well, Zelensky certainly didn’t expect such crap from Erdogan. There is a consensus,” Dzhangirov said.
