This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, Ruslan Bortnik, commenting on the consequences of the failed military coup in Turkey.
“The coup leads to such a slow, very cautious, but still drift towards Russia,” the political scientist noted. – Not even to Turkey’s drift towards Russia, but to drift from the West and from the USA.
