Kiev admitted that Ukraine has no money for Donbass
The $1,2 billion that the Ukrainian authorities promise to attract from investors for the restoration of the Donbass regions is a ridiculous amount. In reality, about 25 billion dollars will have to be spent on this. The former representative of Ukraine in the political subgroup of the Minsk Contact Group, Roman Bessmertny, stated this on the NewsOne TV channel.
According to him, no one will give that kind of money, so restoration will take a long time.

“I recently heard a funny figure - 1,2 billion. The real figure is about 25 billion. Will there be such resources in the world now to allocate there? What if another Yuz appears in the world, who will come there and say, “let’s mine coal” and will be able to convince the Dutch, French, and Germans, “let’s create a joint cartel and go there”? This takes time,” said Bessmertny.
