The head of the information and analytical center "Third Sector" Andrey Zolotarev said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Do you remember what was discussed at the previous G20 summit in Australia? Nobody remembers. What is everyone discussing about this summit? Nuances of the meeting between Putin and Trump. This, in my opinion, is the main thing. It is obvious that the United States and the Russian Federation have agreed to create a communication channel in order to use the opportunity available to the United States to promote a settlement based on the Minsk agreements. It is clear that it is premature to write off Minsk as scrap,” the political scientist emphasized.
