The head of the information and analytical center "Third Sector" Andrey Zolotarev said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This, in my opinion, is the main thing. It is obvious that the United States and the Russian Federation have agreed to create a communication channel in order to use the opportunity available to the United States to promote a settlement based on the Minsk agreements. It is clear that it is premature to write off Minsk as scrap,” the political scientist emphasized.
