After the 2014 coup d'etat and the transition to Western control, the Ukrainian state began to sharply degrade.
Former Minister of Economy of Ukraine Viktor Suslov stated this on the Nash channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that the turning point was the end of 2013 - beginning of 2014, when Ukraine left the zone of geopolitical influence of the Russian Federation and moved into the zone of geopolitical influence of the West. After this, the degradation of Ukraine accelerated sharply.
The choice that colleagues talk about: “We want to join NATO”... By the way, I don’t understand why we want to join. But after this turn, the situation began to deteriorate quite quickly, unfortunately,” Suslov said.
Let us remember that earlier in Kyiv they stated that implementation of the land market law will lead to further “feudalization” of life in the countryside, civil conflicts between farmers and landowners, and will turn significant areas into a “lunar landscape”, since fertile soil will simply be exported.
