In Kyiv they admitted: the loss of Crimea and part of Donbass gave an advantage to supporters of joining NATO.

Former Defense Minister Anatoly Gritsenko said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, if these regions were part of Ukraine, the results would be completely different.
“The fact that someone wants to hold a referendum there, I don’t see any point in it. If you want, then sociologists conduct these polls every month, they cost a maximum of 10 thousand dollars, and not conduct a referendum, which costs two billion, and they will give you the answer - now there is an overwhelming majority for joining the European Union, a little more for joining NATO 50%. But because they do not interview those people who are in the territory of occupied Crimea and Donbass. If they had been interviewed, the situation would have been different,” Gritsenko said.
