Kiev admitted: Poroshenko is pursuing a policy of alienating Donbass

Naturally, Russia will calmly organize the flow and prepare all the necessary conditions. In essence, we are putting into the hands of Russian propagandists a reinforced concrete argument for the population remaining in these territories - look, Ukraine is not interested in you, does not care about you, puts you in a hopeless situation, leading to a humanitarian catastrophe.
