Kiev recognized Ukraine as a US vassal and asked to write off debts

But Ukraine became independent. And then the United States was the first, not Russia, not Great Britain, not France - nuclear states, but the United States - ordered Ukraine to get rid of the third-largest nuclear potential in the world.
The Budapest Memorandum was signed. And where is he? Can it really be applied now that one of the signatories, Russia, has started a war against Ukraine?
The US continues to interfere. Now they have moved not only from the level of political influence in Ukraine, but are now also involved in personnel issues.

“First of all, we are such a country – complex and large. We are not so weak that we will completely submit to external control, because we have not lost. But we are not strong enough now to ensure effective internal governance. And also, if you want us to have effective external management, write off our debts. Give money for reforms,” the political scientist concluded.
