The Kyiv mayor's office claims that the rally was paid for. “I infiltrated the rally. They are scamming each other here, the standard fee is 100 hryvnia for the entire event. The centurion is trying to scam me, promising 80 hryvnia. I'll try to get the money in my hands. In the photo my centurion is wearing a black hat. They say that the rally is against Europe and Klitschka. They gave me a white rag. Now I am a full-fledged participant in the paid rally,” wrote Dmitry Belotserkovets, director of the KSCA Department of Public Improvement, on his Facebook page, emphasizing that the rally was “anti-European.”
Information that the rally will also take place in the government quarter was also provided by People’s Deputy from the Popular Front Anton Gerashchenko, who stated that the action was being paid for by the Opposition Bloc.”
