On Friday, a religious procession was held in the center of Kyiv in memory of the Russian Emperor Nicholas II. Unlike previous years, participants did not use imperial flags, as this could provoke attacks by Ukrainian nationalists, which had already happened several years before Euromaidan.
Let us recall that the royal family was shot on July 17, 1918 in Yekaterinburg.
