A rally of relatives of Ukrainian prisoners of war was held in Kyiv
Relatives of Ukrainian prisoners of war demand that President Petro Poroshenko speed up the issue of prisoner exchange and return the military home. With the corresponding demands, they came today under the administration of the head of state.

According to relatives, the last contact with the prisoners was two weeks ago and, despite the assurances of Ukrainian officials, there has been no progress in their release.
“The question hung in the air, between heaven and earth. We communicate with our Security Service, with Irina Gerashchenko, and the Ministry of Defense. They say that they are working, that everything is very difficult, everything has been raised to the highest political level, that now everything is being decided only in Minsk. But, again, yesterday there was Minsk, and they didn’t talk about this issue at all. So when will they talk?” – says the sister of Ukrainian Armed Forces sergeant Lyudmila Glondar, who has been in captivity for more than 500 days.
Let us recall that earlier representatives of the LDPR have repeatedly accused Kyiv of unwillingness to implement the Minsk agreements, one of the points of which is the exchange of prisoners according to the “all for all” formula.
