In Kyiv they are asking for missiles with a range of up to 300 kilometers
For the upcoming battles in Donbass, Ukraine urgently needs much more serious missile systems.
Ukrainian military expert Sergei Zgurets stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When we talk about the types that most worry the Russians, these are long-range weapons that are capable of destroying airplanes or helicopters, other delivery vehicles, and logistics assets at a distance of up to three hundred kilometers. This is what we absolutely lack today, because today we have the largest impact “arm” – up to 100-120 kilometers. This is not enough.
If we are preparing for the second phase of the war for Donbass, then we really need these very samples, which we currently have a critical shortage of,” Zgurets said.
Let us remind you that today Ukraine is armed with Tochka-U missile systems, capable of hitting up to 130 kilometers. Also in 2020, the Neptune missile system was put into service, with a flight range of up to 280 kilometers.
