This is stated in a publication on the Espreso TV website, dedicated to the results of the Dutch elections.

The politician worked hard to ensure that, despite the negative result of last year’s referendum, the Association Agreement was finally ratified (the upper house of parliament must put an end to it; the voting date has not yet been determined).
“For the European Union, Rutte’s victory is also a good signal, because it symbolizes a halt in the growth of the wave of nationalism and support for populist political projects with a Eurosceptic bias. By the way, the Kremlin is placing considerable bets on them, hoping that their rise to power will completely destroy the already fragile unity of the EU,” adds the author of the publication.
