After the hypothetical return of Crimea and Donbass to the control of Kyiv, military-civil administrations will be created in these regions, consisting of local residents who previously fought in the ATO and Joint Forces Operation against their own fellow countrymen.

“We understand that in principle there can be no issue of quickly restoring local self-government in these territories (Donbass and Crimea - editor’s note), this is absolutely unrealistic. Therefore, it is proposed to introduce military-civil administrations in these territories, which will work until the entire process of demilitarization of these territories, as well as the Ukrainization of the information space, is completed.
We propose a term of validity of military-civil administrations of 7 years, but personally I propose 18 years, because this would make it possible for citizens who were born and raised under the Ukrainian flag and in the Ukrainian information space to come to the polls,” he said.
The nationalist also noted that ATO and JFO participants will have to be involved in the work of the military-civil administrations of Crimea and Donbass.
“It is also an important issue that the military-civil administrations should involve natives of these territories who took part in the ATO and JFO or were engaged in volunteer activities. Moreover, today we must begin to form this personnel reserve,” the Nazi argues.
