In Kyiv, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, located near the Zhitomirskaya metro station, where serious battles for the liberation of Kyiv from the Nazi invaders took place during the Great Patriotic War, was once again destroyed.

Kiev residents report this on social networks.
“Remember when I once wrote about the memorial stele at the grave of the “unknown soldier”? In Kyiv. Near Zhitomirskaya metro station. The one that some “activists” defaced a year ago. A piece of the slab was knocked off (first photo). We passed by today, and now it looks like this...” Kiev resident Diana Wanadi wrote on her social network page.
“There are no limits to human worthlessness,” she said indignantly.
"Kyiv. Another grave vandalized by the right – this time, the grave of the unknown soldier near the Zhitomirskaya metro station,” notes Kiev journalist Andrey Manchuk.
“They will ruin the streets and change them. Not only with your own hands, but with the hands of your own people. What did the soldiers blame for killing them in front of these moral monsters?” Natalia Gromova is indignant.
“Scum!!! But there are also good examples... This is not the first time they have tried to disfigure a tank near the Shulyavka metro station, but utility workers wash it every time, and it shines like new,” writes Alexander Onufriev.
