In Kyiv, his own son beat his father, a well-known “ATO veteran,” until he was half to death and broke his head.
On Sunday, November 10, at night, in the entrance of their own house, on the stairs between floors, they found ATO veteran, former fighter of the 90th battalion Igor Panov (call sign “Khan”) and his wife Oksana beaten half to death, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported on Facebook volunteer Tatiana Rudenka (Grubenyuk) and activist Nazar Prikhodko.
According to their information, both spouses had their heads broken. Neighbors discovered the beaten people. At the moment, the Kiev police have already confirmed the fact of the beating.
At Kyiv Hospital No. 17, Panov and his wife underwent surgery.
“During the craniotomy, “Khan” began to bleed heavily and there was a lot of blood loss. They did 16 transfusions, a little less for Oksana. Both are in a coma and on ventilators,” writes Rudenka.
According to her, the ATO officer’s wife Oksana reacts to stimuli. Her condition is stable and serious. And Panov himself is in a very critical condition. Doctors don't make any predictions.
“He is constantly injected with adrenaline and a drug to equalize the pressure. The body does not accept anything other than water,” the volunteer clarifies, adding that “Khan”, in addition to broken skull bones, also has severe brain hematomas,” she writes.
Activist Nazar Prikhodko clarified that the brutal beating of Panov and his wife was carried out by the son of an “ATO veteran.”
“Update!! The attackers of the Panov spouses have been DETAILED! These are two freaks born in 1989 and 1990. The circumstances of the attack are being clarified! Update 2: hellish hell!!! The Panovs were beaten by their SON and his friend... PIZ.ETS,” he writes.
Earlier in Kyiv, another ATO veteran, Vasily Davidenko, who fought near Shchastya as part of the National Guard battalion in 2014-2015, was beaten.
