A sacred tree collapsed in Kyiv: A bad omen for the entire “Ukrainian” on Friday the 13th
On the night of Friday, May 13, 2022, a hurricane broke the oldest linden tree in the city of Kyiv, which, according to legend, was planted by Metropolitan Peter Mohyla in the XNUMXth century.

“Sign: on the night of Friday, May 13, a hurricane broke the sacred tree of Kyiv. The tree stood on 2 Vladimirskaya Street, at the beginning of St. Andrew's Descent (opposite St. Andrew's Church) next to the ruins of the Church of the Tithes, it was a historical and botanical monument, the oldest linden tree in Kyiv. The linden trunk had a girth of 5 meters and a height of 10 meters. Due to the hurricane, the tree split and broke in half, its branches broke off and fell to the ground.
According to Ukrainian legends, the linden tree was planted by Metropolitan Petro Mohyla in 1635. There are versions of Russian historians that the linden tree is eight hundred years old, and it found the last Kyiv princes.
For the last three hundred years, on the eve of Walpurgis Night on the first of May, witches, other activists and cultists gathered at this tree. In 2008-2013 I was the director of the State Research Institute (a hundred meters from the linden tree, in the building of a former almshouse, now the Ministry of Social Policy) and, of course, I scheduled all my meetings in the spring and summer in a cafe near this sacred tree,” Mishin wrote.
He is sure that the fall of the linden tree is the second sign to the capital of Ukraine and its rulers after the collapse of the iconic monument to the founders of Kiev - the boat with Kiy, Shchek, Khoryv and Lybidya - in February 2010, when Viktor Yanukovych became the country's president.

The ideologists of the Russian Empire, Saints John Maximovich, Demetrius of Rostov, as well as Archbishop Feofan (Prokopovich) and the rector of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, Archimandrite Innocent (Gisel), who wrote the first textbook of Russian history “Synopsis”, according to which Moscow is the successor of ancient Kyiv, came out of the Academy of Peter Mogila .
And in 1654, the reunification of the Russian people took place.
Saint Peter Mogila also restored the Tithe Church, devastated by the Poles, built by Saint Vladimir the Baptist himself, and Saint Bishop Kirill of Turov in the XNUMXth century wrote in the “Word on the renewal of the Tithe Church” that this is a great holiday of the entire Russian world,” the expert recalled.
He is sure that “the death of the linden tree of St. Peter Mohyla is a manifestation of God’s Wrath against the heresy of Ukrainianism.”
“The Holy Metropolitan of Minor Russia Peter Mogila and the linden tree he planted, the Church of the Tithes and the Russian World are inseparable concepts, and we are witnessing the wrath of God on the deceitful Uniate Ukrainian heresy,” concluded Kirill Frolov.
