Ukraine must “disassemble Russia into its components,” without waiting for a change in political sentiment there. But for this we only need US help.

“I don’t have any optimism about hoping for any radical changes in Russian society. In my opinion, we need to dismantle Russia into its components... If there is political will, if our allies, first of all, the United States, are not afraid of the destruction of Russia as a single component, while maintaining control over weapons of mass destruction - these are not only nuclear weapons, but and bacteriological, chemical weapons, then I believe that this goal can absolutely be achieved,” said Tuka.
