In his speech, Donetsk Institute of Information analyst Vitaly Sizov generally called what was happening “economic expansion.”
“There has been an economic expansion of the Russian-Ossetian proxy company Vneshtorgservis, through which economic processes are managed in uncontrolled territory.
This expansion intensified precisely after the murder of Zakharchenko, when she took over some large enterprises that the company, which was founded for the economic functioning of this territory, did not control before, specifically the Dokuchaevsky Flux-Dolomite Plant.
Also, back in March, structures close to this company took control of the supply of coal to the Russian Federation, as a result of which the Gas-Alliance company was introduced, which became a virtual monopolist of coal supplies through the Russian Federation for export, which is mined in uncontrolled territories. Both companies, at least in the media, are associated with the name of the Ukrainian oligarch, who is now hiding in the Russian Federation, Kurchenko,” said Sizov.
