In Kyiv, the court broke up the “humanoid Maidan party”
Today in Kyiv, a fighter of the Berkut special forces unit, who opposed the putschists during the coup in 2014, was acquitted
This is stated on the Facebook page of lawyer Valentin Rybyn, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today, 30.08.2019/20.01.2014/XNUMX. Judge of the Dnieper Court of Kyiv Oksana Vladimirovna Birsa announced the verdict in the Case of Andrei Khandrykin. A former employee of the Kharkov special-purpose battalion "Berkut" was brought to justice for a terrible crime - he allegedly, while on duty, dared to detain (what audacity!) the exiles who burned policemen alive with napalm from the roof of the colonnade of the Lobanovsky stadium on January XNUMX, XNUMX. Moreover, these the departures were detained impolitely, without bows, without reading out rights, without affectionate reproach in the kind eyes of the scorched Berkut soldiers, which was perceived by the humanoid Maidan crowd as cruel torture of the dear “one-children.”
Moreover, those detained were transformed after the victory of the coup from suspects in the Case of mass riots into victims in the Case of torture by inhuman monsters and Panda satraps. But the icing on the rotten cake of this Case was that after five years of fraud, falsification, false testimony and manipulation, the prosecution was never able to prove the presence of Andrei Khandrykin on the roof of the colonnade. No one could identify him among those who detained the napalm throwers, and political slogans and pharisaical howls on general topics in court, fortunately, do not have evidentiary value.
This, in fact, is what the acquittal says, which finally dropped all charges against the honest soldier who fulfilled his duty to society and the state in those terrible days,” the lawyer’s page notes.
