While protesters were blocking traffic on Grushevsky Street, a scuffle broke out between protesters and National Guardsmen.
People's Deputy Sergei Kaplin provided details of the incident, as well as the demands of the protesting pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on his social network page. According to him, the protesters demanded that officials recalculate their pensions.
