Sukhobok, a former resident of Donetsk, lived in Kyiv in recent years and referred to his former fellow countrymen – supporters of the DPR – as “pro-Russian terrorists.”

Sukhobok also justified the arrest of his colleague Ruslan Kotsaba, accused of treason for calling for a boycott of the mobilization.

“He went to an aggressor country waging a war against MY Ukraine, and on Russian TV channels he called on his fellow citizens not to fight against the aggressor. In my opinion, Kotsaba does not deserve prison. I would send him to visit the relatives of our fallen heroes. Let them decide what to do with this “pacifist,” Sukhobok wrote in his blog.
