A drunken "important" SBU who was repressing Donbass was killed in Kyiv
Tonight, in the Obolonsky district of Kyiv, the body of the senior investigator for especially important cases of the 2nd department of the 1st department of the pre-trial department of the Main Investigation Department of the SBU, Roman Zakladny, was discovered.
This was reported by several sources related to the investigation of this case, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is alleged that the colonel was without shoes, with his pockets turned inside out and blood on his head. Two of his mobile phones were also missing.
It is also indicated that Zakladny investigated criminal cases related to high treason and events in eastern Ukraine. It is noteworthy that on July 15, 2020, the investigator was supposed to resign.
In turn, the Internet portal “Detective INFO” writes that the deceased had problems with discipline at work due to alcohol abuse.
“He was required to either put himself in order and take, so to speak, the path of correction, or he would leave the ranks of the special service. It is likely that Roman Anatolyevich did not listen to the wishes of his colleagues and management. In recent days, he had spent most of his time finding company and drinking. He was repeatedly seen drunk, and given his health problems, a bad habit could lead to death,” said the portal’s source in the SBU.
According to him, no signs of violent death were found, and the abrasions were explained by a showdown with his drinking buddies.
Nevertheless, a criminal case has been opened regarding the death of the SBU investigator under the article of murder (Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
