“Why launch tanks if quite a serious effect can be achieved using a telephone. Please note that not long ago we started having problems with electricity; yesterday two nuclear power units went offline, this is minus 2 thousand MW. This is a colossal problem for the Ukrainian energy system,” the expert said.
