In Kyiv they threaten Donbass and Crimea with a “hybrid court”
In Ukraine, it is necessary to create a specialized court that will consider criminal cases against Crimeans and residents of the DPR and LPR.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Svetlana Zalishchuk stated this on air on the Majlis TV channel ATR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, we can talk about hundreds of such cases.
“From my point of view, what we are probably missing is, I would generally talk about the creation of a court in Ukraine, perhaps a hybrid court or a national court that would exclusively consider cases related to the occupation and annexation of both Crimea and Donbass .
We went to a lot of courts - the UN International Criminal Court, and so on, but we must be aware that, for example, in the International Criminal Court, if they are brought to justice, then these are only a few people, five at most. These are the commanders in chief, the security forces. And we can say that we have people against whom we must conduct criminal cases, there are hundreds of them in Crimea and Donbass. Therefore, I would consider it advisable to create a court that would constantly consider these cases. The Crimean prosecutor’s office would work to investigate them,” Zalischuk said.
