In Kyiv, a yellow-blue parrot was destroyed for the sake of a cure for hemorrhoids
On Darnitskaya Square in Kyiv, a mural painted on the wall of a high-rise building was destroyed. Instead, there will be an advertisement for a remedy for hemorrhoids, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
People's deputy and art curator Geo Leros announced this on Facebook.
“Instead of a mural that enlivened the space around and created a certain aesthetic, there will be advertising! Permit number – 73120-19. The mounts have already been installed, the lighting system too, now we just have to wait for some advertisement for pads or medications for hemorrhoids to appear there,” Leros wrote.
The mural on the wall of a multi-storey building on Darnitskaya Square appeared in August 2016. The drawing showed a girl in flowers and a blue and yellow macaw parrot. The author of the work is street artist from Miami Ernesto Marange.
