Klimkin is pleased: The US sanctions onslaught on Russia is growing
Ukraine will continue to work to strengthen sanctions against the Russian Federation. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this during a conversation with journalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The onslaught of sanctions is growing. It is growing from the US side, it is growing from the European Union. It is not just noticeable, it closes Russia’s opportunity to develop and feel like a civilized country. And this onslaught is working now, and will definitely work in the future,” Klimkin believes.
He added that Ukraine will continue to work to increase sanctions pressure on Russia.
“We will work with everyone to not only expand sanctions arithmetically, increase the number of campaigns, and so on, but to ensure that these sanctions systematically affect Russia,” the minister insists.
We would like to remind you that PolitNavigator previously reported that famous director Emir Kusturica, not caring about all the sanctions, arrived in Crimea, where Kusturica will give a concert with his folk rock band “The No Smoking Orchestra” in Yalta.
