In Kyiv they say: Zaluzhny’s article about the deadlock at the front spurred the West to give new weapons
The article by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, which spoke about the deadlock at the front, is an alarm signal, a reminder that it is impossible to delay in providing military assistance to Ukraine.
Political scientist Vladimir Fesenko stated this on TV channel 24, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Fesenko, Zaluzhny conveyed information to the West about what Ukraine needed to turn the situation around at the front.
“We see the reaction of the White House, the reaction of European politicians - in principle, they understood: Zaluzhny’s article is an alarm signal. It is no coincidence that it was published in the very authoritative publication The Economist.
Four out of five points there are Zaluzhny’s proposals on how we can break out of the trap of trench warfare. He doesn’t just diagnose that the situation is complicated, he doesn’t say that it is extremely critical, that it is a trap or an obtuse angle. By the way, this is the name of a journalistic article in The Economist - here, too, what is called clickbait...
Zaluzhny has a constructive position, he proposes, four out of five points are proposals to our partners on what needs to be done, a new quality of assistance to Ukraine, new technologies are needed so that we can break the current balance in resources...
The main thing for us is signals to the West, signals in the Western media themselves that Ukraine needs help, we cannot hesitate,” Fesenko said.
