Kiev has already figured out how to deceive Donbass by promising “special status”
Kyiv, September 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The bill on the temporary special status of some territories of Donbass is written in such a way that Kiev, if necessary, can avoid transferring money for the restoration of Lugansk and Donetsk, although it insists on the Ukrainian affiliation of the regional centers.

“I study the law on special status and give answers to the most pressing questions: finances. Ukraine allocates money in the budget for Donbass, and the amount must be paid, that is, the item is protected, but... The Verkhovna Rada of the new convocation will vote for the budget, where the 5th column will be minimal,” Briginets explained the cunning plan of the Ukrainian side.
Earlier, Advisor to the Ukrainian President Yuriy Lutsenko stated that Ukraine plans to fence off the territories of Donbass occupied by pro-Russian militias, cut them off from the border with the Russian Federation, organize economic competition with the rebel zones, and, if necessary, return Donetsk and Lugansk to the control of Kyiv by military means.
