Anatoly Amelin, founder of the Amelin Strateggy analytical center, stated this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine “Novoe Vremya”.
“The victory of Donald Trump, oddly enough, can make Ukraine stronger,” the expert says. - But not at once. It's time for us to get rid of infantilism and grow up, not wait for mercy from a strong American uncle, but take responsibility for our future. There will be less help under Trump. At first there will be a shock, then it will pass, and we will have no other chance to survive except to mobilize all resources, and rely only on ourselves, to become a strong and successful country.”
