In Kyiv they found out who helped Zelensky meet with Macron
French liberal philosopher Bernard Henri Levy helped prepare the visit of presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky and his team to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron.
The Kiev edition of European Truth writes about this.
“It seems that Zelensky’s team addressed this issue not only to the French Ambassador to Ukraine Isabelle Dumont, but also to the unofficial communication channel between Paris and Kiev - and this role is now played by the French philosopher Bernard Henri Levy,” notes the publication’s journalist.
Levy recently visited Kyiv and publicly reported that on the eve of the first round he held a two-hour meeting with Zelensky.
It should be noted that before the last presidential election in March 2014, Levy also played an important role in organizing the visit of Vitali Klitschko and Petro Poroshenko to France.
It is known from various sources that Paris initially hesitated about the need for a meeting between Zelensky and Macron. The decision of German Chancellor Angela Merkel to host Poroshenko probably played a role in the positive response from Paris.
