In Kyiv, unknown persons poured detergent into the fountain on Kontraktova Square.

“In Kyiv, vandals poured detergent into the fountain on Kontraktova Square. Now utility workers will have to wash the entire fountain of foam,” the message says.
The photo shows that foam has formed and is splashing out of the fountain.
