In Kyiv, while laying flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, fascists attacked activists of the Medvedchuk movement
On May 9, in the Park of Glory, activists of the Ukrainian Choice movement were attacked by aggressive people in camouflage. This was announced by the leader of the movement, Viktor Medvedchuk.

“On the day of the Great Victory, activists of the Ukrainian Choice public movement, who came to honor the memory of the Heroes at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Kyiv, were attacked. The fascist youths who raised their heads in Ukraine, with impunity and pleasure, attacked peaceful demonstrators, among whom were veterans and children, and tore out flags,” the politician said in a statement published on the movement’s website.
Viktor Medvedchuk emphasized that Great Victory Day will forever remain a sacred holiday for every Ukrainian.
“And using it to organize a fight at the foot of the monument in Kiev’s Park of Eternal Glory is blasphemy,” the politician said.
