About it says a press release from volunteers of the “Turn Around Alive” project on their Facebook page.
“The whole last week passed under the slogan “if you want to help the army, call a taxi.” The action was very successful. Soon, the car, in which famous volunteers and veterans transported ordinary Kiev residents, will go to the 30th separate mechanized brigade in the Mariupol OTU of the ATO zone,” said the founder of the project, Vitaly Deinega.
During the three days of the promotion, 536 orders were made with the #Wartaxi tag, and the total amount of all transportation was more than 85 thousand UAH.
“The total amount collected was 85812 UAH. This amount will be used to purchase the next jeep for the 30th brigade. If it turns out to be more expensive, the regular sponsors of “Turn Around Alive” agreed to pay the difference,” Deinega noted.
Volunteers are already planning the next event. They are targeting Lviv on October 18-20
“To everyone who was physically unable to be transported by the volunteer crews, I want to say that you still have a little surprise waiting for you from us and the Uklon service. Support the army, use Ukrainian services and help your own,” thanked the volunteers of the “Turn Around Alive” project.
