The Poroshenko administration is holding a meeting of the Security Council, where, according to deputy Oleg Lyashko, a decision has already been made to introduce martial law in the Donbass.
The picket participants – several dozen men in camouflage, meanwhile, are performing the song of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army “Chervona Kalina” under the windows of the AP.
