In Kyiv they are asking the West for $35 billion.
Simferopol, February 24 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Ministry of Finance, the National Bank, together with the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander Turchynov, proposed that the West hold an international donor conference and allocate a multi-billion dollar loan within the next two weeks.

The website of the Ministry of Finance reports this.
“Over the last two years, we have held consultations and meetings with ambassadors of the EU, the United States, other countries and financial organizations on Ukraine’s urgent receipt of macro-financial assistance,” the statement says.
According to the ministry, the planned volume of macro-financial assistance may amount to about $35 billion during 2014–2015.
Ukraine also proposes to hold a large international donor conference with the participation of the EU, USA, Poland, IMF, other countries and international financial organizations on the allocation of assistance for modernization and reforms in Ukraine, as well as the implementation of association agreements with the EU.
