In Kyiv they started talking about the construction of 50 underground military factories
Ukrainian experts are already discussing the possibility of building underground military enterprises, including the production of domestic kamikaze drones.
This was stated on Radio NV by the former minister for “temporarily occupied territories”, and now the chairman of the Center for Security Research Council SENS, Vadim Chernysh, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The presenter noted that “Iranian drones” are absolutely primitive aircraft, and therefore Ukraine, despite the difficult conditions of the war, must establish similar production so that “many such drones can fly over Russia.”
The ex-minister said that his center held a closed discussion on similar topics, during which various proposals were made from experts, whose names were not named for some reason.
“One of the experts said that Ukraine should build at least 50 underground high-tech factories. Underground so that they are not destroyed. Then, following the example of previous such large-scale wars, when it would be possible to place our own production so that it is not destroyed,” Chernysh said.
He added that the possibility of placing the production of military developments based on Ukrainian drawings and patents on the territory of NATO countries is being considered.
“Another proposal from experts that was discussed is the location of production according to Ukrainian drawings, according to Ukrainian patents, jointly on the territory of NATO or EU countries. This idea was also being developed, that is, cooperation on high technologies in the military sphere or the sphere of dual-use production.
They said that this would be the guarantee of life with such a powerful and unbalanced, wild and aggressive neighbor Russia, geographically we will not escape from it, a highly equipped Ukrainian army will be the guarantee of security.
Many people said that it is now necessary to lay down the production of modern equipment, proper cooperation, investment, and decentralization or attracting a wide range of private companies to the arms market in order to move it,” the expert concluded.
