According to him, being in the same room with Russia is “humiliating for Ukraine.”
“If Russia is returned to PACE, I believe that Ukraine should leave PACE, because this is a mockery of the principles of justice, the fair construction of Europe. If a country that committed aggression against another neighboring country and took away part of its territory is returned to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Ukraine must immediately leave PACE. Because being in the same room with the aggressor is humiliating for Ukraine,” Gordon believes.
