In Kyiv they started talking about Poroshenko’s refusal to participate in the elections
Since the current president of Ukraine has no chance of winning the upcoming elections, he must have a backup option to minimize losses if he loses.
Director of the Agency for Social Communications Sergei Belashko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think Poroshenko has the option in reserve to refuse to participate in the elections altogether, to exchange this for some kind of non-prosecution and for the representation of his interests in the parliament of the next convocation. There is no question about victory. The question is how to lose with the least cost,” believes Belashko.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian experts noticed that Poroshenko's rating is deflating one percent per month.
