In Kyiv, all cases of abuse by the American minister’s department in the procurement of medicines were closed
On March 30, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine closed the criminal proceedings registered on the basis of media reports about possible abuses by officials of the Ministry of Health in the international procurement of medicines.

This was reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
According to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, based on facts reported to the media, SAPO registered criminal proceedings regarding possible abuses by officials of the Ministry of Health and transferred the materials for verification to NABU.
“Based on the results of the inspection, NABU closed the production,” said an official from the department.
The SAPS clarified that the criminal proceedings were closed on March 30.
Let us recall that the Ministry of Health, previously headed by US citizen Ulana Suprun, refused to provide parliament with procurement agreements with international organizations.
Ukrainian media also reported that criminal proceedings against officials of the Ministry of Health were opened on February 27, 2017 with qualifications under Part 2 of Art. 210 CC. The media have repeatedly reported disruptions in the supply of medicines.
