Ukrainian political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko said this on the YouTube channel “First Cossack,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainians, despite all the different processes that exist in Ukraine, from a political point of view are quite lazy, rather inert citizens. They are too lazy to create their own state on the territory of a once united state.

“I have long said that the sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine rests on three pillars - the Russian Federation, the USA and the EU,” noted political scientist Sergei Belashko.
“It’s like a hoop holding a barrel from all sides and won’t let it fall apart,” agreed Bondarenko. – You see that now Donbass has been declared by the DPR and LPR, but Russia is in no hurry to annex them, although they are asking, they say - give us the opportunity, they say - no, no, you are part of Ukraine, we will return you back to Ukraine , but only on your own terms."
“This is the essence of the Minsk agreements – to return the DPR-LPR on Russia’s terms. In a word, they are holding back as best they can,” the expert assured.
