Kiev said they know how to force Russia to dump its oil into the Baltic
The European Union only needs to impose an oil embargo to cause a collapse in Russia, but the West is unwilling to do this.

This opinion was expressed at a round table in Kyiv by the President of the Strategy XXI Center for Global Studies, Mikhail Gonchar.
“If the West had the political will, this would take from 45 to 60 days. Russian oil exports are tied to Europe. Europe has 90-day reserves of oil and petroleum products. The Russian reservoir port makes it possible, in the event of an oil embargo by the West, to use free capacity for one and a half to two months. Then they will be filled and collapse will occur with all the ensuing consequences. Or oil will have to be poured into the Baltic. There will be nowhere to store it,” says Gonchar.
