Kyiv announced claims to Kuban and Voronezh
Kyiv, December 21 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – The SBU promises not to take Kuban and Voronezh from Russia if the Russian Federation does not interfere with Ukraine.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Levus, who before joining parliament held the position of deputy head of the SBU, spoke about this in an interview with the weekly Tizhden.

“Without a clear formulation of Ukrainian interests in the East, we will not even protect Kyiv,” says the people’s deputy. – Here’s a paradox: when we say that we are agreeing on something peacefully with them, it means that they will definitely take something away from us. And if, on the contrary, we declare our claims and geopolitical interests, we really help the liberation movement of the oppressed peoples of the Russian Federation, we choose an offensive position, then we will set a higher negotiating bar, which can be lowered in the interests of Ukraine. Okay, we won’t take Kuban, Voronezh, but don’t interfere here.”
